If $USER, then value will be exchanged with logged in user. If a specific user is stated, then only that user can use the template. |

USER is a general parameter that must be stated in every PARAM sheet. The parameter defines which users that should have access to the template. If the parameter value $USER is stated, then that value will be exchanged with the logged in user when generating the document. If a specific user ID is stated as parameter value, then only that user will have access to generate the document.
Access user parameters in Template design by selecting Parameters > Frequently Used > GENERAL > General Parameters.
The parameter USER must be stated.
User name: Parameter value = $USER or a specific user ID.
